ROBOTIC HANDS

To design and 3D print a robotic hand, the process begins with creating a detailed 3D model using CAD software. The model is then refined and optimized for printing, ensuring structural integrity and functionality. The 3D printer is prepared with the appropriate materials, and the hand is printed layer by layer. After printing, the hand undergoes post-processing, assembly, and testing to ensure proper function. This process combines technical expertise and creativity to produce a functional and aesthetically pleasing bionic hand.OMG

OSP Robotic Hand

Our Open Source Programmed Hand (OSP) is an advanced robotic prosthesis designed to empower users with customizable control over hand movements through open-source programming. This cutting-edge prosthesis operates based on specific arm movements and tilts, with the flexibility to reprogram the hand's movements according to the user’s preferences. The prosthesis features a 1.28-inch touchscreen embedded in the wrist, powered by an ESP32 processor with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capabilities. Additionally, the system includes an accelerometer and gyroscope, ensuring responsive and efficient control. The open-source programming is managed through the Arduino IDE, allowing users to modify and adapt the functionality of their prosthesis easily. This customizable approach enhances user autonomy and fosters a community-driven environment where improvements and innovations can be shared and implemented. The OSP represents a significant leap in personalized prosthetic technology, offering a blend of flexibility, user-friendly design, and cutting-edge tech to meet the unique needs of each individual.

EMG Robotic Hand

Our innovative electromyography (EMG) system for the hand and arm is designed to transform the lives of individuals who have lost their upper limbs, enabling them to regain hand functionality through an advanced robotic prosthesis. This high-precision device uses sensors to capture the electrical activity of the arm's skeletal muscles and nerves, translating these signals into precise movements of the prosthesis. The integration of biotechnology and robotics allows users to perform complex movements with near-natural accuracy, significantly improving their quality of life. Additionally, the system adapts to individual needs, providing an intuitive and personalized solution for rehabilitation and prosthesis control.

Prosthetic Hand & Arm

Our prosthetic hand and arm are designed to provide essential functionality for individuals who have lost their limbs. This prosthesis features a mechanically driven wrist, allowing for basic yet crucial movements in the hand. While the prosthesis itself is static, the hand offers limited mobility that is activated through wrist motion, enabling users to perform simple tasks with improved dexterity. This solution is particularly beneficial for those seeking a reliable and straightforward device to regain some level of hand functionality, offering a practical and durable option for daily use.
